Zabù Grillo Sicilia DOP
Our grapes come from Sambuca di Sicilia, a small village in the province of Agrigento where the limestone soil and the Lake Arancio proximity, create an excellent drainage allowing the vines to reach deep down for nutrients and water, lending minerality and crisp acidity to the wine. The high elevation sunshine brings an explosive concentration of aromas, well balanced with a vibrant acidity.

After the soft pressing, strictly in reduction, the must is fermented at low temperature to enhance the aroma of this wine. Ageing in stainless- steel tanks.
Straw yellow, bright and vivid, with golden highlights. Fresh and mineral, with hints of yellow flowers, peaches and citrus fruit. Tasty and full-bodied, with mineral hints. Lightly bitter at the end.
