ASM Central Region

Phuong Linh Co., Ltd. – The official importer and distributor of the HIKID milk brand in Vietnam.

Working Location

In charge of the Central Region (Quang Nam, Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh, Nha Trang).

Reporting to

National Sales Manager (NSM) / Board of Directors.


I. JOB OBJECTIVE

Responsible for building and developing the distribution system and managing sales activities in the Central Region to achieve sales targets, maximize market coverage, drive customer development and increase the market share of the HIKID milk brand.

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Sales & Market Management
  • Develop monthly, quarterly and annual business plans for the assigned region.
  • Implement and ensure the successful completion of assigned sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales results, proposing actionable solutions to drive growth.
  • Manage both Sell-in and Sell-out revenues within the region.
2. Distribution System Development
  • Prospect, open and develop new Distributors, agents, mom & baby stores, clinics and pharmacies.
  • Increase product coverage across all provinces within the assigned territory.
  • Evaluate the performance of the distribution network and propose necessary adjustments.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key partners and major customers.
3. Sales Team Management
  • Recruit, train and develop a team of Sales Supervisors and Sales Executives.
  • Set KPIs and closely monitor employee performance.
  • Accompany the team on field visits to coach them on sales skills and customer care.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and propose appropriate rewards or disciplinary actions.
4. Sales Program Implementation
  • Execute promotional campaigns, product displays, and Trade Marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to deploy local sales support campaigns.
  • Monitor and ensure the proper execution of programs at points of sale (POS).
5. Debt & Inventory Management
  • Track the debt status of Distributors and customers.
  • Control inventory levels, product expiration dates, and the speed of goods turnover.
  • Ensure all business operations are safe, compliant and efficient.
6. Reporting
  • Provide periodic reports on sales, market trends, competitors and customer status.
  • Propose localized market development strategies tailored to each specific area.
III. REQUIREMENTS
Education
  • College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an ASM or in an equivalent position within the FMCG, dairy, nutritional foods, mom & baby or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Proven experience in managing Distributors and regional sales teams.
  • A deep understanding of the Central Region market is a major advantage.
Skills
  • Strong team management and development skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient in business planning and data analysis.
  • Competent in using Excel, PowerPoint and sales reporting software.
Other Requirements
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business.
  • High sense of responsibility and the ability to thrive under sales target pressure.

IV. INCOME & BENEFITS

  • Income: 25 – 40 million VND/month (or negotiable based on capability).

Marketing Manager

Phuong Linh takes pride in being the official distributor of premium nutritional products from South Korea, notably Hikid milk — a brand trusted by millions of Vietnamese mothers. We are currently seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join us in boosting brand awareness and driving sales growth nationwide.


I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the Hikid brand and the company’s other nutritional products.
  • Manage and develop the brand image, enhancing brand awareness and loyalty among the “mom and baby” customer segment.
  • Plan and implement both Online & Offline Marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok, Google Ads, SEO, Content Marketing, KOLs/Influencers, Events, PR, etc.).
  • Build and manage the Marketing team, including Content Creators, Designers and Performance Marketers.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales department to generate leads, drive sales and expand distribution channels.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities and the consumer insights of Vietnamese mothers to propose appropriate strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget, as well as measure and provide periodic reports on campaign effectiveness.

II. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a Marketing Manager or Deputy Marketing Manager role.
  • Experience in marketing functional foods, nutritional milk, the Mom & Baby sector or FMCG is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in Digital Marketing platforms and tools (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Content Strategy, Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong strategic thinking, creativity, team leadership abilities and the capacity to thrive under high pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of Vietnamese mothers’ psychology and a genuine passion for children’s nutrition.

TRADE MARKETING MANAGER

I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Trade Marketing Strategy Development
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual Trade Marketing plans aligned with the company’s business orientation.
  • Develop programs to boost sell-out, increase market coverage and enhance brand awareness at the point of sale (POS).
  • Manage and optimize the Trade Marketing budget across different distribution channels.
2. Market Execution Management
  • Execute activation programs, product displays, POSM, roadshows, livestreams, minigames and O2O events across the agency/dealer network.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team and agents to ensure program timelines and maximum effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer behavior to propose appropriate marketing initiatives.
3. Partner & Agency Network Management
  • Build and maintain cooperative relationships with agents, distributors and media partners.
  • Track sales performance, categorize agencies and propose tailored support policies.
  • Address queries and provide support to partners during program implementation.
4. Performance Evaluation
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of Trade Marketing campaigns.
  • Report on execution results, evaluate Return on Investment (ROI) and propose optimization strategies.
  • Manage project timelines, progress and resources efficiently.
5. Team Management
  • Delegate tasks, train, and develop the Trade Marketing team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Supply Chain departments to execute campaigns seamlessly.

II. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in Mom & Baby, Dairy, or Nutrition sectors.
  • A deep understanding of distribution channels and consumer behavior at POS is required.
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, time management, organizational and personnel management skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated, capable of working under pressure.
  • Willing to go on business trips when required.

III. INCOME & BENEFITS

  • Income: Negotiable based on experience (30 – 50 million VND/month).
